By downloading, accessing, or using EmojiCraft Sticker Studio (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device for lawful personal creation purposes. The app name, interface, code, and related intellectual property remain owned by their lawful rights holders.
2. Your Content
You retain the lawful rights you have in imported images, entered text, and content you create. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights or authorization needed to use those materials. You are responsible for creating, saving, publishing, and sharing your work.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the App to create, distribute, or assist in distributing illegal, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or malicious content. You may not compromise app security, bypass technical restrictions, reverse engineer the App, or copy or resell it without authorization.
4. Third-Party Platforms and Content
The App may depend on an operating system, app store, or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their availability or policy changes.
5. Updates and Availability
We may release updates, adjust features, or discontinue parts of the service. To maintain security and compatibility, you may need to install the latest version. Actual app availability, device requirements, and version information are subject to the Google Play listing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose. You should back up important materials and creations yourself.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not limited by this section.
8. Termination
If you materially violate these terms, your license to use the App may terminate. After termination, you should stop using and uninstall the App. Your rights in your own lawful content do not disappear because of termination.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms due to changes in features, law, or operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
